Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description
The Project Manager oversees groups of solar tracking projects from purchase order execution through commissioning, ensuring safety, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction. Based primarily in Fremont, CA, this role manages cost, scope, schedule, and contracts across multiple projects in the Western, Mountain, and Central United States. The Project Manager provides technical support to customers, coordinates logistics and supply chain activities, manages project financials, and serves as the internal advocate for customer needs while contributing to product development, sales, and marketing initiatives.

Work Environment
This role is primarily based onsite in Fremont, CA, with an expectation to work in the office four days per week, Monday through Thursday. The work environment centers around large-scale renewable energy projects, particularly solar tracker installations, involving regular collaboration with engineering, supply chain, logistics, and field teams. The Project Manager works with modern office tools and project management systems, including Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP platforms such as NetSuite, while coordinating activities across multiple time zones. Travel to project sites is required approximately 3 to 5 times per year, primarily on the West Coast and within the Western, Mountain, and Central United States, for project kick-off meetings and site coordination. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $62.50/hr.
