Lead complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout for a growing Florida-based general contractor. This position offers exposure to large-scale ground-up work across industrial, municipal, aviation, and commercial sectors.

Description

• Manage ground-up commercial projects valued at $50M+ from planning through completion
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Collaborate closely with field leadership to ensure seamless project execution
• Lead stakeholder meetings and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Support preconstruction efforts, cost management, and project reporting

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 10+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor
• Proven experience with CMU, tilt-wall, and pre-engineered metal building projects
• Track record managing ground-up projects valued at $50M+
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
• Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively with field operations

Job Offer

• Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000 base salary
