Position Title: Project Manager

Location: Arlington Tennessee 38002

Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)/ No C2C

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a cross-functional team responsible for implementing EU MDR requirements at a manufacturing site in Arlington, TN. This role will oversee project planning, execution, risk management, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the project management plan.
• Manage project scope, schedule, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules and work breakdown structures (WBS).
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and assign project responsibilities.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Evaluate project tradeoffs and drive timely decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven project management experience in a manufacturing, medical device, or regulated environment.
• Strong skills in project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and team leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• EU MDR and/or medical device industry experience preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
