We are seeking an experienced Marine Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee marine and waterfront construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environments.

Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of marine construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies
  • Prepare and present progress reports, cost forecasts, and project updates
  • Lead on-site teams and foster a culture of safety and accountability

Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of project management experience in marine or heavy civil construction
  • Strong knowledge of marine construction methods (pile driving, dredging, cofferdams, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Familiarity with permitting requirements (USACE, OSHA, environmental regulations)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project)
