Your New Role

  • Manage heavy civil and industrial construction projects from pre-construction through final completion

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and production goals

  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and field personnel

  • Monitor project costs, billing, forecasts, and change orders

  • Review contracts, plans, specifications, submittals, and project documentation

  • Communicate with clients, municipalities, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams

  • Support field operations to help ensure safe, efficient, and successful project execution

  • Identify and resolve project challenges related to scheduling, logistics, and construction operations

  • Track project performance to help meet budget, quality, and schedule objectives

  • Oversee public infrastructure projects including sewer systems, water mains, roadway construction, bridge projects, and municipal public works

  • Location - Erie, PA, serving projects throughout Northwest Pennsylvania and Northeast Ohio

  • 6+ years of project management experience in heavy civil construction, industrial construction, or related construction environments

  • Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously

  • Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and subcontractor management

  • Ability to review and interpret contracts, construction drawings, specifications, and project documents

  • Experience managing project billing, change orders, and production schedules

  • Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with construction project management processes and documentation

  • Valid driver's license

  • Experience with sewer and water infrastructure, roadway construction, bridge construction, or municipal public works projects is preferred
