  • Coordinate closely with data center power requirements and utility interconnection teams
Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years of experience in electrical construction or utility infrastructure projects
  • Strong experience with electrical substations, transmission, or distribution systems
  • Knowledge of high-voltage systems, protection & control, and power distribution infrastructure
  • Experience managing EPC contractors, utility companies, and multidisciplinary project teams
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and project management principles
  • Familiarity with commissioning and energization processes for substation projects
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
Preferred Backgrounds

Candidates may come from utility companies, EPC contractors, electrical contractors, or infrastructure firms delivering high-voltage transmission and substation projects.

Experience supporting data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large industrial power systems is highly desirable.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a technically strong and delivery-focused Project Manager who can take ownership of complex electrical substation projects from inception through energization. The ideal candidate will be confident managing high-voltage infrastructure and capable of coordinating across utilities, contractors, and client teams to deliver critical power systems on time and to specification.

This is a high-impact role supporting a major data center power program with strong long-term career growth potential.
