They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help run education and municipal projects while working on a team with Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers. The successful applicant will have an associate degree in Construction Management or similar field, or a journeyman status in a building trade, or a combination of high school diploma with relevant experience and related certifications.

Project ManagerOur client is a Design-Build General Contractor that also works as a Construction Management firm. They are based in Indianapolis and have been around for over 30 years. They specialize in education and municipal construction projects in this area. Minimum five years of experience in the construction industry on complex projects is required. Experience with self-perform is a plus. The candidate must be capable of reading and comprehending blueprints and specifications for institutional, commercial and industrial projects. Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders, such as owners, subcontractors, project managers, field employees is essential.
