We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex commercial construction projects ranging from $10M to $100M+. This position will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout while serving as the primary liaison between clients, design teams, subcontractors, and field operations.

Description
Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
Lead budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project execution.
Negotiate contracts and change orders.
Oversee subcontractor and vendor relationships.
Monitor project financial performance and forecasting.
Develop and maintain project schedules.
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants.
Ensure quality control and safety compliance.
Review RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
Lead project meetings and provide executive-level reporting.
Manage project risk and mitigation plans.
Ensure successful project closeout and turnover.
Profile
5+ years of Project Management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Experience managing projects valued at $10M+.
Strong knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
