Description

  • Lead planning, budgeting, and scheduling for commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project scope and specifications are met.
  • Monitor project costs, manage change orders, and maintain financial control against the approved budget.
  • Oversee site progress and ensure milestones are achieved according to the project schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, permits, and quality standards.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and manage expectations.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
  • Review contracts, manage procurement, and ensure subcontractor performance and deliverables meet project requirements.

Profile

  • 3+ years of construction project management experience
  • Track record of running ground-up commercial and/or retail projects
  • Familiarity with preconstruction and estimating
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
