Description
- Manage multiple light industrial construction projects simultaneously
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement
- Coordinate with ownership, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Profile
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience managing warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or industrial projects
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
