The business maintains a collaborative, low-ego environment where Project Managers are trusted to lead and supported by experienced operations and preconstruction teams.As the Project Manager, you will report to senior operations leadership and oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout.Lead multifamily construction projects from early planning through completionPartner with preconstruction on final estimates, buyout, and subcontractor awardsManage budgets, schedules, and cost controls to ensure profitabilityCoordinate closely with superintendents to drive field executionOversee subcontractor performance, contracts, and change managementMaintain strong client relationships and clear project communicationEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and company standardsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
