Description

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership to oversee projects from early planning through final handover, taking ownership of both delivery and financial performance.
  • Manage design, preconstruction, construction, and close‑out activities
  • Lead coordination between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
  • Review and manage change orders and project documentation
  • Oversee quality, safety, and compliance throughout construction
  • Support subcontractor procurement and contract administration
  • Provide clear reporting on project progress and financials

Profile

For the Project Manager role we are seeking:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience with a general contractor or design‑build firm
  • Exposure to commercial ground‑up, renovation, or tenant improvement projects
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods
  • Experience using construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid, or similar)
  • High energy, accountability, and desire to grow quickly
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
