Description
As a Project Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership to oversee projects from early planning through final handover, taking ownership of both delivery and financial performance.
Manage design, preconstruction, construction, and close‑out activities
Lead coordination between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
Review and manage change orders and project documentation
Oversee quality, safety, and compliance throughout construction
Support subcontractor procurement and contract administration
Provide clear reporting on project progress and financials
Profile
For the Project Manager role we are seeking:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
1-3 years of experience with a general contractor or design‑build firm
Exposure to commercial ground‑up, renovation, or tenant improvement projects
Strong understanding of construction means and methods
Experience using construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid, or similar)
High energy, accountability, and desire to grow quickly
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
Job Offer
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000
