Description

As a Project Manager, you will report directly to senior leadership and play a hands‑on role in delivering projects from early planning through final occupancy.
  • Manage projects through due diligence, design, construction, and close‑out phases
  • Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain schedules and budgets
  • Track costs, change orders, and project financial performance
  • Lead project documentation, reporting, and client communication
  • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met on every project
  • Support procurement and subcontractor buyout processes
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement across the regional team

Profile

For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial construction or design‑build environments
  • Exposure to ground‑up, tenant improvement, or buildout projects
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project controls
  • Experience with construction management software (such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar)
  • High drive, accountability, and desire for rapid career progression
  • Comfortable in a "work hard, play hard" culture with high expectations
