Description
As the Project Manager, you will report to senior operations leadership and oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Lead multifamily construction projects from early planning through completion
Partner with preconstruction on final estimates, buyout, and subcontractor awards
Manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls to ensure profitability
Coordinate closely with superintendents to drive field execution
Oversee subcontractor performance, contracts, and change management
Maintain strong client relationships and clear project communication
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
Profile
For the Project Manager, we are seeking:
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
Proven multifamily project experience (required)
Commercial construction exposure is a plus
Experience supporting preconstruction, estimating, and buyout
Strong financial, scheduling, and contract management skills
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Experience with industry‑standard construction management software
Job Offer
Base salary: $110,000 - $150,000, depending on experience
