Dynapower is seeking a Project Manager for the Defense business segment. This is an individual contributor role responsible for executing defense-related programs from order intake through delivery. This position manages scope, schedules, budgets, and risk for complex power electronics projects while coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, and customer stakeholders. The Project Manager ensures disciplined execution, clear communication, and alignment to customer and business objectives. This role is critical to delivering predictable outcomes, supporting customer satisfaction, and enabling Dynapower's continued growth.

Willingness to be onsite or hybrid in Burlington, VT
A university degree in technical field (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience preferred
Experience in defense, aerospace, industrial hardware, or other regulated environments preferred
Experience working with regulations such as ISO9001 preferred
Experience leading projects for an OEM
PMP certificate or experience as a project manager
SW, MS Project, or other project management platform experience
Demonstrated technical background in power conversion systems
Demonstrated ability to create new and/or refine processes focused on efficiency and growth of business
Ability to travel up to 20%
Base Salary Range: $81,600.00 - 163,680 USD Annual
