Job Description:
This role is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs that support business operations across functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Sales. The position focuses on driving project planning, execution, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and successful delivery of mission-critical initiatives. You will act as a key liaison between stakeholders, managing schedules, risks, and communication to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, including scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive problem-solving, process improvements, and program execution
- Coordinate workflows between internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient delivery
- Communicate project status, progress, and metrics to stakeholders across multiple functions
- Track and manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery
- Analyze data and provide clear, actionable reporting for leadership presentations and reviews
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or issues
- Maintain and update project schedules, Jira tickets, and Confluence documentation for transparency and tracking
- Serve as a subject matter expert within the assigned business domain and support decision-making processes
