These are the qualifications that matter.

• 2+ years in the field of construction preferred
• An added plus would be having a background in architectural woodwork, casework, or millwork
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, and AutoCAD.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects involving engineering, fabrication, finishing, and installation of architectural millwork and casework.
• Review projects received from estimating and create detailed project folders, schedules of values, and scope documentation.
• Identify potential gaps in estimates and coordinate budgets, purchase orders, and financial approvals with finance.
• Coordinate finish samples, submittals, and mockups for customer and architectural approval.
• Develop or review shop drawings using AutoCAD based on verified field measurements.
• Prepare bills of materials and documentation to support production scheduling.
• Create and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) to clarify project details.
• Communicate regularly with customers, vendors, operations teams, and shop floor leadership.
• Source and purchase specialty materials required for project completion.
• Track project schedules, milestones, and production timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor project budgets, job costs, and invoicing progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in production, operations, and leadership meetings to ensure alignment across teams.
