PCSI is looking for a Project Manager for our upcoming custodial contract with Fort Lee. The Project Manager leads a custodial team serving over 100 buildings on base, including offices, museums, the Child Development Center, and other mission-critical spaces. The anticipated start date of this role is August 2026.
The Project Manager oversees daily contract operations, manages budgets, ensures regulatory compliance, and serves as the primary contact government representatives and corporate leadership. With the support of front-line Supervisors, this role is responsible for staffing, promoting safety, managing performance, and scheduling routes to ensure quality service across all buildings on the projects.
We’re looking for strong operations management background with experience leading a custodial service contract. This position is based on-site at Fort Lee, typical hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm, with ability to cover weekends or emergencies as needed.
