Location: UCHealth Catalyst Bldg, Denver - Denver CO Department: UCHlth Marketing Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $36.19 - $54.28 hour. Pay is dependent on applicants relevant experience.

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.

Summary Manages creative marketing project schedules and workflows working directly with creative and production teams, service lines, partnerships, and production vendors to ensure creative work is delivered on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains schedules for multi-media marketing projects using creative project management software and facilitates weekly status meetings with internal agency teams.
• Ensures quality control and schedule adherence. Manages process from project initiation through final file/media delivery.
• Manages production and contract labor budgets and freelancer relationships.
• Assigns projects to and manages the workloads and deadlines of creative team members.
• Within scope of job requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
