Description
The Project Manager - Corporate Interiors Construction - NoVA will:
Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.
Lead sophisticated interior fit-outs, office renovations, building repositioning projects, and facility upgrades.
Coordinate project teams including subcontractors, consultants, vendors, owners, and internal stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and reporting documentation.
Oversee project financials including contract administration, change orders, forecasting, and cost control.
Facilitate client meetings and serve as the primary point of contact throughout project execution.
Collaborate with field operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously as workload increases and project complexity grows.
Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project to support project planning, tracking, and documentation.
Ensure all projects are delivered with a strong focus on communication, accountability, and operational excellence.
Profile
The Project Manager - Corporate Interiors Construction - NoVA will have:
5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial General Contractor.
Ability to independently lead projects and quickly integrate into an active project portfolio.
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
Experience working with architects, brokers, landlords, developers, and commercial end users.
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
Excellent communication, client-facing, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of the DC, Northern Virginia, or surrounding Mid-Atlantic construction market is highly preferred.
Experience with projects ranging from approximately $1M-$20M is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
