Description
Manage all phases of interiors construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Lead client meetings and maintain strong client relationships
Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Ensure compliance with building management and tenant requirements
Drive schedule adherence in high-pressure, fast-track environments
Oversee safety protocols and quality assurance efforts
Profile
5+ years of project management experience in corporate interiors
Experience managing tenant improvement or office buildouts
Strong knowledge of scheduling software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
