This Project Manager role is a true "plug-and-play" opportunity for someone ready to step into complex, high-end commercial interior projects and take ownership from day one. You'll initially manage 1-2 projects while ramping up to a full portfolio, working closely with senior leadership on sophisticated builds.

Description
- Lead multiple commercial construction projects, primarily focused on high-end interior buildouts and renovations
- Manage full project lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Oversee complex scopes including structural upgrades, MEP systems, and specialty integrations
- Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders
- Utilize tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project for project tracking and reporting
Profile
- 5-7+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial General Contractor
- Proven experience delivering high-end interior or corporate buildout projects
- Strong understanding of complex renovation and construction processes
- Experience working in active commercial environments (office, legal, medical, or similar)
- Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project preferred)
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Local market experience in the Mid-Atlantic region strongly preferred
