    Description

    The Project Manager is responsible for creating delivery excellence across assigned project/portfolio, providing certainty and confidence to the customer/project sponsor, and robust control of project scope, schedule, cost and risk. Specifying and coordinating the implementation and completion of a moderate sized project, portfolio of small projects, or a major component of a large project. This includes responsibility for safe delivery, ensuring that quality, schedule, and cost targets are met and for managing the associated risk. They will also deliver the project(s) to agreed specifications, for managing change and customer relationships, and

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
    • 7+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise ERP implementations, with a strong focus on Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) or Oracle E-Business Suite.
    • Proven experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations, including planning, configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support.
    • Strong understanding of Oracle modules such as Financials (GL, AP, AR), Procurement, Projects, HCM, or Supply Chain.
    • Experience managing integrations between Oracle ERP and third-party systems using APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage scope, budget, timelines, and risks in complex, cross-functional environments.
    • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
    • Experience with data governance, reporting, analytics, and ensuring data integrity within ERP systems.
    • Knowledge of change management and user adoption strategies within large-scale system implementations.
    • Plan and deliver ERP projects, defining timelines, resources, and success criteria aligned with business and IT goals.
    • Manage project scope and lead change control processes, ensuring alignment across scope, budget, timeline, and system functionality.
    • Develop and execute ERP project plans, including implementation approach, data migration, testing, training, and risk management.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Finance, HR, Supply Chain) and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
    • Lead and support project teams, ensuring appropriate skills, accountability, and performance.
    • Drive user adoption and process improvements by promoting best practices and system optimization.
    • Oversee data integrity, system performance, and compliance throughout the ERP lifecycle.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including system enhancements, automation, and integration opportunities.
    • Plan and deliver ERP projects, defining timelines, resources, and success criteria aligned with business and IT goals.
    • Manage project scope and lead change control processes, ensuring alignment across scope, budget, timeline, and system functionality.
