QUALIFICATIONS

5–8+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
Background working with a General Contractor or subcontractor (Electrical, Civil, Steel, Mechanical, or Structural)
Proven experience overseeing self-perform work
Experience managing projects valued at $15M+
Experience with federal construction projects (CBP, USACE, NAVFAC, DoD, DHS, etc.) is highly preferred
Strong proficiency with MS Project, Bluebeam, and/or HeavyBid/HeavyJob
Experience managing project financials, budgets, and cost controls
Ability to operate effectively on-site and lead cross-functional teams
Plusses

Design-build project experience
AutoCAD proficiency
Experience supporting border, infrastructure, or security-related construction projects

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead day-to-day execution of large federal design-build construction projects
Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project
Oversee budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting
Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and government stakeholders
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
Utilize Bluebeam for drawing review, markups, and collaboration
Ensure compliance with federal requirements, safety standards, and quality controls
Support preconstruction and estimating efforts using HeavyBid/HeavyJob
Drive projects through all phases from planning to final closeout
