Project Manager Construction (Direct Hire) On-site

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity with our client. This role will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of projects involving precast concrete fencing and masonry systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.

• Oversee construction projects from planning through completion
• Manage project schedules, budgets, materials, and resource allocation
• Supervise onsite personnel, subcontractors, and field operations
• Coordinate with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and local officials
• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to control costs
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Maintain adherence to plans, specifications, and workmanship standards
• Track project progress and provide updates to leadership and clients
• Utilize digital tools for project documentation, reporting, and communication

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction project management
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience with construction management software
• Strong proficiency with digital/mobile tools and project systems
• Experience with platforms such as Procore, AvidXchange, BlueBeam, or similar
• Comfortable using iPhones, iPads, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

Preferred Experience:

• Background in precast concrete, fencing, masonry, or similar construction environments
• Experience working on commercial, residential, or municipal projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
