Project ManagerThe Project Manager will be responsible for:Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project.Implementing cost control, reporting, and financial management processes in coordination with Estimating and Accounting, including monthly projections and contract oversight.Establishing and enforcing the project safety program in partnership with corporate safety leadership, conducting regular audits and promoting a strong safety culture on site.Developing, maintaining, and actively managing the project schedule-overseeing critical path milestones to ensure timely completion.Overseeing project documentation, subcontractor prequalification, contract execution, and quality control measures to ensure compliance and performance standards are met.Leading project meetings, mentoring team members, and managing project closeout activities, including final documentation, warranties, and lessons learned.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
