Our client, a mid-sized electrical contractor based in Milford, CT, is seeking an experienced Project Manager for their growing commercial solar division.
- Manage large-scale commercial and municipal solar projects across CT, overseeing schedule, budget, subcontractors, procurement, utility coordination, inspections, and client communication.
- Lead project kickoff, develop schedules, coordinate utility interconnections, manage procurement, and ensure compliance with permitting and inspections.
- Track budgets, manage contracts, review drawings, and mitigate project risks.
- Must have 5+ years in project management within electrical or renewable energy projects, with strong budgeting, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with projects over 500 kW and municipal contracts is preferred.
Schedule & Work Environment: 60% office, 40% on-site across CT, managing multiple projects.
