Project Manager - Commercial & RetailOur client is a privately held general contractor and construction management firm with a strong reputation across hospitality, retail, multifamily, and corporate interiors. With over two decades of steady growth, they are known for delivering high-quality projects, maintaining long-term client relationships, and fostering a collaborative, transparent culture. They are currently expanding due to a significant increase in project volume.Lead multiple high-end retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships. Coordinate with internal teams and field staff to ensure project execution aligns with goals. Oversee procurement, contract administration, and cost tracking. Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines. Utilize Procore and other systems for project documentation and reporting. Communicate regularly with senior leadership, including VPs.
