• Location: Hybrid preferred in Canton, MA; remote candidates anywhere in the U.S. will also be considered
• Type: Permanent / Full-Time (6-month Contract-to-Hire)
• Target Conversion Salary: Approximately $125,000 for onsite candidates (slightly lower for remote)
• Candidates must be willing to convert to a full-time CGI employee after 6 months.

Overview

CGI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on commercial products, account operations, and business growth within the healthcare payer space. This individual will partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to drive operational improvements, product enhancements, and customer-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience leading enterprise projects that improve business operations, client experience, and organizational growth.

Must Haves

• 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience
• Healthcare Payer background
• Experience with commercial products and account operations
• Experience driving initiatives focused on business growth, operational efficiency, and customer/member satisfaction
• Experience managing enterprise technology and business transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, resources, and vendors
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• Agile Certification
• Experience with healthcare products, operations, or customer experience initiatives
• Strong process improvement background
• Advanced degree

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise projects from initiation through implementation
• Partner with business and technology teams to improve commercial product offerings and operational processes
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resource allocation
• Coordinate executive communications and steering committee updates
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Mentor project teams and support organizational initiatives
