Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects from start to completion
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project
- Oversee subcontractor coordination, procurement, and contract administration
- Lead project meetings and act as the primary client-facing contact
- Monitor budgets, costs, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local codes
- Collaborate with internal teams including estimating, field staff, and leadership
Profile
- 4-8 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Proven experience managing ground-up and/or large interior projects
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project (required)
- Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience across public and/or private sector projects preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
