Description

The Project Manager will report to a Senior Project Executive and take ownership of project delivery from preconstruction through close-out.

• Lead full lifecycle project management, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiation, and management
• Collaborate with Estimating and Preconstruction teams during bidding phases
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
• Manage project schedules, cost controls, and risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents to drive onsite execution

Profile

For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven track record managing ground-up or major renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and cost control
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Primavera P6, or similar)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
