Description
The Project Manager will report to a Senior Project Executive and take ownership of project delivery from preconstruction through close-out.
Lead full lifecycle project management, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiation, and management
Collaborate with Estimating and Preconstruction teams during bidding phases
Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
Manage project schedules, cost controls, and risk mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Coordinate closely with Superintendents to drive onsite execution
Profile
For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:
5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
Proven track record managing ground-up or major renovation projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and cost control
Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Primavera P6, or similar)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
