Description

As the Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from pre‑construction through close‑out, reporting into senior operational leadership and acting as the primary point of contact on site.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards
  • Track costs, change orders, and project documentation
  • Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to leadership
  • Support continuous improvement across project delivery processes

Profile

For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within a contracting or construction environment
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and site coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain momentum on site
  • Confident communicator with a practical, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to be site‑based as required
