Project ManagerThis opportunity is with a mid-sized organization specializing in commercial and multifamily work. The company has a reputation for excellence in construction and a strong focus on delivering quality projects.Job DescriptionOversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or resources as needed to meet deadlines. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key updates and performance metrics. Manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
