Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or resources as needed to meet deadlines. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key updates and performance metrics. Manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
