Description
As the Project Manager, reporting to the Director of Construction, you will lead the successful delivery of commercial and multifamily projects across multiple states, combining preconstruction and execution responsibilities:
Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout across regional markets
Review bid opportunities, estimate costs, and prepare proposals and contracts
Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost control processes
Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and site operations
Lead communication with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders
Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Travel to project sites across Arkansas and surrounding states as required
Profile
or the Project Manager we are seeking:
Minimum 5 years' experience with a General Contractor in commercial or multifamily construction
Proven experience managing multiple projects across different locations
Strong background in estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management
Previous Superintendent or field experience strongly preferred
Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or Planswift
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
Willingness to travel regionally
Job Offer
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000
Per diem and travel expenses covered
