This role leads all masonry scope on commercial construction projects, overseeing budgets, labour, schedules and client relationships from preconstruction through closeout. You'll work closely with operations and field teams to deliver quality work while developing future leaders within the business.

Description
The Masonry Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and managing accurate project budgets using historical cost data
- Overseeing all masonry scope from preconstruction through project completion
- Tracking and managing labor, including internal crews and subcontractors
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure proper field methods and progress
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Verifying completed work and ensuring timely delivery of all project requirements
- Managing, mentoring, and developing project team members
- Representing the company professionally on all job sites
Profile
A successful Masonry Project Manager should have:
- Minimum 4 years of Project Management experience in construction
- Background with a subcontractor strong preferred (masonry ideal)
- GC background acceptable with clearly demonstrated masonry exposure
- Strong understanding of local labor, material and equipment costs
- Proven tenure and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
