Known for delivering detail-driven, design-focused projects, they partner closely with elite architects, designers, and global retail brands to bring visionary concepts to life while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and execution.

Description

  • Manage high-end retail and commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project alignment
  • Lead projects through design phases (conceptual, schematic, design development) to final execution
  • Ensure all work meets design intent, luxury-quality standards, and brand expectations
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and cost controls, ensuring projects deliver on time and within budget
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement processes
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and construction timelines
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead project meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication
  • Oversee vendor selection, subcontractor coordination, and contract execution
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns
  • Drive quality control and ensure flawless project execution in fast-track environments

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years experience as a Project Manager in commercial interiors, retail, or tenant fit-outs
  • Proven experience delivering high-end retail, luxury, or design-driven interior projects
  • Strong understanding of interior construction sequencing, finishes, millwork, and detailing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface directly with clients, architects, and design teams
  • Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and construction management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for design, aesthetics, and quality craftsmanship
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive teams and hold accountability
  • A genuine passion for design-someone who appreciates high-end finishes, branding, and the user experience of a space
