Description
The Interior Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing multiple construction projects simultaneously across various stages
- Overseeing projects ranging from $300k-$2 million with 6-16 week timelines
- Leading projects from conception through completion, ensuring quality delivery
- Facilitating OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings and coordination
- Reviewing and approving change orders and managing project documentation
- Maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations
Profile
A successful Interior Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience in office or healthcare interior construction
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects
- Experience running projects from start to finish independently
- Strong experience reviewing and signing off on change orders
- Confidence in leading OAC meetings and stakeholder coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office and Procore
- High integrity, inquisitive mindset, and strong communication skills
