Description
Manage multiple interior construction projects simultaneously across various phases
Oversee projects ranging from $100K to $5M, with a focus on efficiency and quality
Lead projects from initial planning through final completion
Run OAC meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
Review and approve change orders while managing project budgets
Coordinate and execute fast-paced project schedules (6-16 week timelines)
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and transparency
Profile
Proven experience managing office or healthcare interior construction projects
Demonstrated success delivering projects from concept through completion
Experience handling change orders and maintaining project financials
Strong background leading OAC meetings and client-facing communication
Ability to manage multiple projects in different stages simultaneously
Proficiency with MS Office and Procore
Detail-oriented, inquisitive, and high-integrity professional
