Description

  • Manage multiple interior construction projects simultaneously across various phases
  • Oversee projects ranging from $100K to $5M, with a focus on efficiency and quality
  • Lead projects from initial planning through final completion
  • Run OAC meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Review and approve change orders while managing project budgets
  • Coordinate and execute fast-paced project schedules (6-16 week timelines)
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and transparency

Profile

  • Proven experience managing office or healthcare interior construction projects
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects from concept through completion
  • Experience handling change orders and maintaining project financials
  • Strong background leading OAC meetings and client-facing communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in different stages simultaneously
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Procore
  • Detail-oriented, inquisitive, and high-integrity professional
