Commercial Construction Project ManagerOur client is a nationally recognized commercial real estate developer, owner, and general contractor with a substantial portfolio spanning retail centers, mixed-use developments, industrial properties, warehouses, and automotive dealership projects. With a strong financial foundation and long-term project pipeline, they provide employees with stability, career growth, and exposure to a wide variety of commercial construction projects.Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Review estimates, budgets, schedules, and project costs to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and ownership teams. Lead project planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting. Ground-up commercial construction experience is required. Experience delivering retail, warehouse, shopping center, dealership, or similar commercial projects. Strong understanding of construction costs, estimating, budgeting, and project financials. Professional and polished communication skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders. Florida construction experience is preferred, though relocation candidates are encouraged to apply. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.Salary: Up to $140,000 + Annual Bonus.
