Project Manager - Commercial Construction

The successful candidate for Project Manager possesses:A minimum of 4 years of experience as a PM.Must hold a 4-year college degree, preferably in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all involved parties (Client, A/E, contractors and team members).An excellent understanding and implementation of risks and costs management.
