The Project Manager will support and lead projects from preconstruction through completion, working closely with field teams to ensure successful delivery. This role partners with operations leadership and project stakeholders to maintain alignment on scope, schedule, and budget.

This Las Vegas-based general contractor specializes in large‑scale commercial, gaming, hospitality, and entertainment construction, with a strong track record on complex, high‑profile projects along the Strip and beyond. Their work spans casinos, resorts, convention centers, immersive entertainment venues, retail, restaurants, and major tenant improvements, often operating as general contractor, construction manager, and owner's representative.
Description
- Manage day-to-day execution of commercial ground-up and interior construction projects across the full lifecycle.
- Coordinate project teams including project engineers, superintendents, and design partners to ensure successful delivery.
- Support control of project budgets, schedules, procurement, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation using standard project management tools.
- Collaborate with preconstruction and design teams during early planning, estimating, and project setup.
- Maintain strong client communication and relationships through responsiveness and clear updates.
- Support and mentor junior team members and project staff as needed.
- Work closely with operations and business development teams, with client-facing responsibility but no direct sales ownership.
- Promote and uphold company standards for teamwork, accountability, and project execution
Profile
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management.
- Strong foundation in project management within design-build or construction management environments.
- Proven ability to successfully deliver complex commercial projects (hospitality experience a plus).
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, scheduling (P6 preferred), and overall cost control.
- Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment (e.g., Procore, Revit, Ignite, UKG, etc.).
- Strong communicator who values collaboration, transparency, and team culture.
- Stable and progressive work history with reputable general contractors or builders.
- Ability to quickly build trust and strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Must be local to Las Vegas or willing to relocate.
