Job Details

5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
Experience managing ground-up and/or major renovation construction projects
Ability to develop, manage, and track project budgets and financial performance
Experience managing project schedules, including baseline development and updates
Strong understanding of construction contracts, scopes of work, and change order management
Ability to coordinate with superintendents on field execution and project logistics
Experience managing subcontractor buyout, procurement, and contract administration
Ability to lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants
Strong understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specifications
Experience managing RFIs, submittals, and project documentation workflows
Ability to forecast project costs and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle
Strong communication and leadership skills across internal teams and external stakeholders
Experience using construction management software and project controls tools
Ability to manage project closeout, turnover documentation, and final accounting processes
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
