We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager for our Commercial Construction Ground Up projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, including retail, renovation, and remodel, and will be comfortable managing all aspects of complex projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including conception, definition, execution, and closure, ensuring all project deliverables are met to the highest standards.
  • Manage and coordinate with the project team including architects, engineers, construction workers, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and deliver project estimates, schedules, and bids, ensuring all project costs are accurately forecasted and controlled.
  • Utilize Procore construction management software for project tracking, documentation, and communication.
  • Implement value engineering strategies to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
  • Handle all aspects of commercial construction projects, including retail, renovation, and remodel.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Coordinate and manage all project resources, ensuring all materials, equipment, and personnel are available as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically with commercial projects.
  • Proven experience with retail, renovation, and remodel projects.
  • Proficiency in Procore construction management software.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
  • Experience in project scheduling, estimating, bidding, and value engineering.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
