Project Manager - Commercial Construction

A highly-respected design build commercial construction company is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing organization. This family owned company develops a wide range of public and private commercial construction projects, typically in the $10M - $75M range in the Atlanta metro. Focusing on building and maintaining client relationships they pride themselves on repeat business and developing the next generation of builders.

Project Manager Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must have a proven, stable work history working with a Commercial General Contractor or a Developer Builder.
• 5+ years experience managing commercial construction ground up projects at least $10M or larger from start to finish 
• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Applicants with relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Practical experience in project management
• Excellent people skills
• Able to work in the US without restriction
