Project ManagerThis Project Manager will be responsible for:Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutOversee subcontractor buyout, scope alignment, and contract administrationDevelop and maintain project schedules in coordination with SuperintendentsLead client meetings and maintain strong relationships with ownership and stakeholdersManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentationTrack project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, and financial performanceCoordinate with field teams to ensure alignment between office and on-site executionIdentify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and budget targetsEnsure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and contract requirementsMentor and support Assistant Project ManagersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
