Description
Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners.
Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and submittals.
Oversee procurement and material deliveries.
Manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
Monitor project costs, forecasting, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.
Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Mentor project engineers and support field teams as needed.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Commercial construction project management experience in TI, Retail, Banking / Financial Institutions, Distribution & Warehouse Facilities, Hospitality, Hotels, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Convenience Stores / Gas Stations
Experience with one or more of the preferred project sectors listed above.
Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and scheduling.
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Offer
Competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000, based on experience
