You'll oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with owners, architects, field teams, and trade partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Description

  • Manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Oversee project planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Profile

  • Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor with any of the following project type- Civic, Cultural, Office, Entertainment, Gaming, Healthcare, Higher Education, Hospitality, Industrial, K-12, Manufacturing, Mission Critical, Renewables, Residential, Retail, Science & Technology, Senior Living
  • Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software is preferred.
