- Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, addressing any deviations promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and team members.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Experience managing large precast construction projects ($100M+) from start to finish.
- Experience with manufacturing facility projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
